It’s amazing how changing my perspective on this craft has taken a lot of weight off my mind. I have been focusing on how I can better my own skills. Rather than placing my attention on what I can’t control, I’ve placed my attention on me. That’s made the daily grind much more manageable.
Yesterday I was encouraged by a friend to spend time understanding my own “why” not just my “what”. Why do I work vs What do I do as work. I will flesh this out more soon.
This has been a very busy semester. That being said we are almost through.
I added running back to my CrossFit. It feel good to get back oit there. I am not a good runner at all. However this is my first stint of heavy lifting, running and eating keto. I will see how I do overall.
